There are thousands of studies that have shown mindfulness meditation can positively impact mental and physical health. Whether it’s by reducing stress, improving sleep, increasing focus, or improving relationships, research shows mindfulness works.
Mindfulness and meditation, whether it be for one hour or one minute, can allow the mind and body to slow down, create space and begin to bring back the natural state of peace that exists within our mind and soul.
If you are new to meditation then I suggest beginning with a short guided meditation to give you the experience and to begin to make the connection back to your true self.
