Atha - Attention, awareness, now.

Anu - to follow or continue.

Yoga - Union, balance, harmony.

Shasanam - traditional teaching

During my two year teacher training I was instantly drawn to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and chanting. The Yoga Sutras made complete sense to me and were something that I could apply to my daily life.

From the very beginning, that first sutra, I was living the sutras. My attention and awareness was on my learning and my daily practice. I was being guided by my teacher along a traditional path and searching for that ever evolving need for balance and harmony in my body mind and soul.
