Service Description

Yin and sound is like taking yourself to a mini retreat, a perfect antidote to the busy modern life. You will hold poses between 3-5 minutes which can help to soften tight muscles and targets the deep connective tissues or the fascia of the body. You also have the added bonus of healing sounds washing over you with the use of 99.99% pure Quartz Crystal Singing bowls, chimes, drums, chant & more. A delicious way to spend a Monday evening. I am also adding in a bit of Reiki to add even more to the energetic healing that takes place during this class.

Cancellation Policy

For a Yoga or Pilates class please give a minimum of 4hrs notice if you need to cancel to avoid being charged. ***If you have booked an Event we need a minimum of 48 hours cancellation so we can try and fill the spot and give you a refund. Refund will be less a $5 booking and administration fee.***
