Service Description
Learn all about crystal bowls and how to use your very own bowl that you select on the day. You can select any of the crystal bowls I have out on the day. I have white, rainbow & candy rainbow to choose from. And all sizes. I believe the bowl always chooses the practitioner! During this workshop you will learn; What are Crystal Singing Bowls, How to sing them correctly, How & what they are made from, The history and origin, The many benefits of sound healing, How they relate to chakras, The science behind sound healing, How to use them in Yoga & Healing & other applications. I will also supply you with 2 Mallets, One Swede & One Rubber, an O-ring for the bowl to sit on and a comprehensive workbook that you can refer back to at any stage. This workshop is Super fun and interactive.

Cancellation Policy
For a Yoga or Pilates class please give a minimum of 4hrs notice if you need to cancel to avoid being charged. ***If you have booked an Event we need a minimum of 48 hours cancellation so we can try and fill the spot and give you a refund. Refund will be less a $5 booking and administration fee.***
