I am able to offer you a sound healing using my Sound Healing bed and 99.99% Quartz Crystal Bowls and Tibetan bowls. The power of sound and vibration is incredible and if you haven't experienced it before you are in for a treat. Did you know that our bodies are made up of over 70% water and that sound travels 5 times more efficiently through water than it does through air??? Amazing right!! As brainwaves are intimately related to mental states of consciousness, by creating sounds associated with brainwaves that lead to peace, calm and healing, we bring about positive changes. Science has proven that lifestyle and environmental exposures can alter the markers "on top of" DNA and play a very real role in determining our health outcomes. This is known as EPIGENETICS. Crystal singing bowls are relevant to epigenetic changes you can make in your life. Exposing yourself to sound meditation, creating a calm space for time out will take you from dis-harmony, often causing "dis-ease", into a place of harmony aka, healthy state of being. That in return will support the markers "on top of" your DNA in a healthy way.

Cancellation Policy

For a Yoga or Pilates class please give a minimum of 4hrs notice if you need to cancel to avoid being charged. ***If you have booked an Event we need a minimum of 48 hours cancellation so we can try and fill the spot and give you a refund. Refund will be less a $5 booking and administration fee.***
