Service Description

Sally is a Reiki Master, Usui lineage. Reiki is an Energy Healing modality where the practitioner channels Universal Life Force energy to the recipient to promote healing and wellbeing. Energy Healing is a gentle technique, which can be transformative. During a Reiki Healing session Sally may use crystals & essential oils to further enhance the balancing of subtle energies within the body. As a sound practitioner Sally will weave sound into the session, using the vibrational energy of sound to bring harmony to body, mind and soul. Benefits of energy and sound healing can include deep relaxation, chakra (energetic centres) balancing, stress reduction, energizing the body, immune system support, improving tension and pain improved sleep, enhance spiritual connections and much more.

Cancellation Policy

For a Yoga or Pilates class please give a minimum of 4hrs notice if you need to cancel to avoid being charged. ***If you have booked an Event we need a minimum of 48 hours cancellation so we can try and fill the spot and give you a refund. Refund will be less a $5 booking and administration fee.***
