Apana is all about release—physical, mental, and emotional release. In the same way that we must carefully mind what we take into our bodies and mind, we must equally cultivate the proper release of energy from our being. Through our vinyasa flow we will work with the exhale breath to help eliminate impurities and stresses in the body and mind. You will leave this practice feeling renewed, refreshed and with a greater sense of clarity than when you arrived on the mat. Turn up, tune in and honor yourself with this Apana Vinyasa Flow.
