Service Description

Awaken and align your body and mind with this rejuvenating session with a crystal bowl sound bath. We will open and rejuvenate the body with a grounding and flowing sound bath whilst you relax. Sound healing is based on resonance, which is when matter is affected by external vibrations . . . aka sound waves. With the use of Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls we will work towards altering the brainwave frequencies enabling you to go into very relaxed trance-like state. A mix of the two bowls is perfect for working with mental and emotional well-being. Leave this session feeling grounded, supported and with a renewed sense of vitality and clarity.

Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 4hrs notice if you need to cancel a class to avoid being charged.
