Cacao ceremony to start. Learn all about crystal bowls and how to use your very own bowl that you select on the day. During this workshop you will learn about Crystal Singing Bowls, how they are made, the history and origin, the many benefits of sound healing, chakras and much much more. I will guide you through a Chakra Healing Meditation. I will also supply you with a comprehensive workbook that you can refer back to at any stage.
